FAQ
How long will it take to receive our edited photos?
I understand your excitement to see the final results! For wedding packages, you can expect to receive your edited photos within 8 - 10 weeks. For engagement session, you will receive your full gallery in 2 - 4 weeks. Please expect to receive from 15 to 150 sneak peek photos depending on your package. Rest assured, I prioritize quality and will ensure you receive beautifully edited photos as promptly as possible.
What can I expect from you while we plan our wedding?
The next step would be to schedule an engagement session with us. We help you every step of the way, providing you with an outfit guide + a location guide.
About 30 days before your wedding, we will send you a questionnaire that will help us create a timeline together. Once you finish the questionnaire, we will set up a phone call to go over any last details! From there, we will provide an official timeline.
Can I order prints or albums through you?
Yes, I offer professional print and album options to your chosen package. All wedding albums are customizable and printed via our online gallery and professional labs starting from $250.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
Yes! Travel is included at no additional cost within a 50-mile radius of Center City, Philadelphia. For locations beyond that, a travel fee of $2 per mile applies for any miles exceeding the 50-mile radius. For some locations that are on our wish list, we are happy to waive the travel fees, so feel free to send us a message for more details.
Do you offer a payment plan? How does it work?
Once you decide to reserve your date with us, a 25% retainer fee is due upon signing of contract. The next 25% of the total amount is due 6 months from the wedding and the remaining 50% is due 30 days from the wedding.
- 1st payment: 25% non-refundable retainer fee
- 2nd payment: 25% due 6 months from the wedding date
- 3rd payment: remaining 50% due 1 month from the wedding date
Do you offer any discounts?
Enjoy 5% off for military and first responders. In addition, we offer a sliding scale to work with your budgets and needs, so feel free to contact us to learn more.
